About the event
Over the last three years 15 early stage researchers have been researching the life courses of Children Born of War within various global conflicts post 1930. During the network's two day conference all of the researchers involved will present their findings, contributing to a large body of new evidence on CBOW. The findings will be explored via thematic panels: Identity, ethnicity and citizenship; Gender, violence and children born of rape; (Non-) governmental practices and military policies towards CBOW: post-WWII experiences; Society, community and families; memory, representation and media.
