Talissa Gasser

Biography

Prior to joining the CHIBOW ITN based in the School of History and Culture at the University of Birmingham, Talissa was in charge of the communication and overall day-to-day co-ordination of the NIHR Brain Injury Healthcare Technologies Co-operative (HTC). As the Communication and Project Officer, she managed Patients and Public Involvement (PPI) projects aiming to identify areas of unmet need in the brain injury patient pathway.  

 

Before joining the HTC, Talissa worked in communication and project management in the public and charity sector. After finishing her master’s degree in Asian Studies at the University of Geneva (Switzerland), Talissa worked for the Lausanne Office for immigrants, specialising in the field of social integration. 

 

Talissa is responsible for project management on CHIBOW.
