CHIBOW coordinator Sabine Lee, director of training Heide Glaesmer and network collaborator Susan Bartels are joining forces to edit a special edition of the open access journal Frontiers in Political Science.

In the spirit of CHIBOW's international, interdisciplinary and intersectoral paradigms, the editors encourage submissions that bridge perspectives of different stakeholders, different geographies, or different discipines; pieces that are internationally or disciplinarily comparative or methodologically innovative. They also welcome submissions that analyze intersectoral aspects that relate research insights to programming or evaluate current policies and programming in light of recent progress in research, as well as work that explores new ways of knowledge translation (e.g. arts or performance-based projects, educational initiatives, community-based grassroots initiatives).
